Projected Capacitive Touch (PCT) |
| |
| Capacitive touch is base static electricity on inducting capacitive voltage. Capacitive touch screen contains two ITO layers, hard coat layers and two sensing arrays (X & Y). As X and Y arrays exist on different layers. When electrical inducted one of the arrays through the drive line then the other array and the circuitry will detects the values of capacitive. The controller sends electrical currents to the drive lines on different layers to create a specific nodes. When a finger touch the panel after that controller will catch the value of capacitive between nodes and drive line to point out exactly location. |
